Terms of Service

Last updated: 15 October 2026

The short version

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and LetArgue ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing or using the LetArgue app, or creating a LetArgue account, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use LetArgue.

2. What LetArgue is

LetArgue is a desktop app that lets you use AI services you have your own access to, such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Grok, side by side: to chat, compare and debate answers, run tasks, and, if you ask, operate your computer. LetArgue does not provide AI models of its own. Answers and actions come from the AI services you connect.

3. Your account

4. Your AI accounts and keys

When you connect an AI or voice service, by signing in or adding an API key, you use it under your own agreement with that company. You're responsible for:

We aren't responsible for those services, their availability, their answers, or changes they make.

5. Using the computer for you

If you ask an AI to use your computer, it sees your screen and moves your mouse and keyboard to do the task. You choose whether it asks before steps such as posting, sending or submitting, or approves them automatically. You're responsible for the tasks you give it and for what it does on your behalf, including messages it posts or sends. Watch what it does, and press Esc or Stop to end it at any time. It won't type passwords or payment details.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use LetArgue to:

7. AI answers

AI answers can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, even when several AIs agree. Don't rely on LetArgue for medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. Check important information yourself.

8. Your content

Your questions, files and the answers you get belong to you, subject to the terms of the AI services that produced them. Your chats are stored on your computer, not by us. See the Privacy Policy for what we store.

9. The app

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to install and use LetArgue on your devices. Don't copy, resell, or reverse engineer it, except where the law allows. LetArgue's name, logo and design belong to us. Other companies' names and logos belong to them and are shown only to say that LetArgue works with their services.

10. Changes and ending

We may update LetArgue and these terms. If we make important changes, we'll tell you in the app or by email; using LetArgue after that means you accept them. You can stop using LetArgue and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

11. No warranty

LetArgue is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't promise it will be error-free or always available.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or profits, or for anything the AI services you connect say or do. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be handled by the courts of India, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
